Refund Policy

At The Storage Collective, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

Any order cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours for a full refund. Requests to cancel or modify orders after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

If after receiving your goods, the products were not what you envisioned, you have up to 7 days to request a store credit. Products must be unused, unwashed or unlabelled. See our returns process below for more information. We cannot offer a store credit or refund for personalised/custom items (including custom labels, stickers or engraved night lamps.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items (not including promotion items).

Returns Process

For change of mind returns that meet the above requirements, please email us prior to sending any products back. You will be required to pay for postage of the returned items (return address will be provided via email). Once the goods have been received, we will process your store credit.

If the items are deemed unacceptable for re-sale and not in their original condition, we reserve the right to reject processing the store credit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

For damaged/broken or faulty items, please send through photos of the damaged packaging and items via email to receive a full refund or replacement of goods at no extra cost.
